Fee Schedule

Effective January 1, 2026

Professional fiduciary services are tailored to the unique needs and complexities of each matter.

The following schedule reflects customary compensation for services provided and is designed to promote transparency throughout the administration process.

Business Hours

  • Standard Hours: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays and prior notified vacations).

  • After-Hours Communications: Telephone calls or urgent matters initiated outside of standard business hours may be billed at $300 per hour.

Real Estate Administration

The management of real property transactions represents extraordinary fiduciary responsibility and oversight. Services relating to the sale, purchase, refinance, or disposition of real property may be compensated under one of the following methods, at the fiduciary's discretion:

  • Hourly Rate: Billed at the applicable hourly fiduciary rate, OR

  • Transaction Fee: A Real Estate Administration Fee of up to one percent (1%) of the gross transaction value.

When applied, the percentage-based fee is generally charged in lieu of hourly billing for services directly associated with the transaction, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or required by applicable law.

Note on Trust Assets: Trustee services may alternatively be billed based on a percentage of estate assets pursuant to statutory guidelines or as mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Scope of Services

Professional & Associate Fiduciary Services

Fiduciary responsibilities are managed by Licensed Fiduciaries and Associates, including but not limited to:

  • Trust, estate, and probate settlement administration.

  • Agent services under Power of Attorney (Finance and Healthcare).

  • Comprehensive financial management and bill-payment oversight.

  • Oversight and coordination of investments, insurance, and benefit-related matters.

  • Collaboration with external professionals (Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Advisors, and Medical Providers).

  • Care coordination, client advocacy, and medical management oversight.

  • Management of real property, specialized vendors, and household operations.

  • Review, organization, and precise maintenance of fiduciary records and documentation.

  • Preparation of formal reports, accountings, summaries, and ongoing client support.

Support Staff Services

To maximize cost efficiency, routine administrative tasks are delegated to support staff under direct fiduciary supervision. These services include:

  • Administrative coordination, document organization, and scheduling.

  • Routine communications with service providers and vendors.

  • Processing day-to-day household financial administration and routine bill payments.

  • Auditing recurring expenses for accuracy, necessity, and appropriateness.

Billing & Operational Practices

  • Increments: Services are calculated and billed in 6 minute increments.

  • Delegation: To manage client costs effectively, tasks will be delegated to support staff or associate fiduciaries whenever appropriate.

  • Travel Time: Travel time is required for standard portal-to-portal transit and is billed at the applicable hourly rate of the professional traveling.

  • Direct Expenses: Direct out-of-pocket expenses incurred on behalf of the estate are billed at cost. Standard postage and local mileage are complimentary; extraordinary shipping or long-distance travel will be billed directly.

  • Third-Party Vendors: Contract service providers and independent professionals are billed directly to the client/estate whenever appropriate.

General Terms & Policies

Payment & Terms

Invoices are issued monthly. Payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. A late payment interest charge of 1.5% per month will be assessed on all balances remaining outstanding after thirty (30) days.

Document Retention Policy

To maintain security and confidentiality, physical documents are digitized upon receipt. All client files are securely retained in an electronic format for a period of three (3) years following the formal closure of a matter (defined as the final distribution of a trust or a court order terminating a conservatorship). Upon expiration of this three-year period, all physical and digital files are permanently and securely destroyed.

Fees and terms are subject to periodic review and modification. All fiduciary compensation remains subject to applicable binding agreements, court approval, and governing law.
